Every wallet is made by hand, to order — but I still want you to love it, so here's my promise.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If your wallet arrives and it isn't right for you, for any reason, reach out within 30 days of delivery and I'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund. No interrogation, no restocking fee.

Returns are free. If you need to send it back, I'll cover the return shipping. Just email me first so I can send a label and the return address. Please keep the wallet in the condition it arrived (gentle everyday handling is fine — I know you'll want to look at it).

Lifetime Stitching Warranty. Long after the 30 days are up, I stand behind my work. If the stitching ever comes loose or fails under normal use, send me a photo and I'll repair or replace it. No warranty card, no fine print.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once your return is on its way back to me, and usually show up within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
